The Machining Division of ZÁLESÍ a.s. is a long-standing and reliable supplier of precision CNC machining and mechanical assemblies. With an annual turnover exceeding 9 million EUR and a 35% export share, we provide a stable foundation and top-tier quality for customers worldwide.
Manufacturing & Technology: We offer serial production ranging from medium-batch to high-volume mass production (from 100 up to 100,000 pieces). Our modern, automated machine fleet includes 35 CNC milling and turning centers, high-speed transfer machines (Pfiffner Hydromat), and multi-axis machining centers (Makino, Doosan, Chiron, Index, Muratec).
Operations: We provide turning, milling, grinding, material cutting, high-frequency induction hardening, soldering, deburring/vibratory finishing, and parts washing.
Robotization & Assembly: We leverage our in-house R&D team for production automation and robotics. We also offer assembly services for sub-assemblies and complete mechanical units.
Materials: We process aluminum, steel and stainless steel, forgings, castings, laser-cut parts and non-ferrous materials. Component sizes range from small precision parts up to workpieces weighing up to 7 kg.
We supplies high-precision components primarily to the following industries:
- Automotive Industry: HVAC systems, flanges, housings, and fluid motion control components.
- Other Industries: Railway transport, hydraulics, agricultural machinery, and others.
